The house was built in 1978 and is in excellent repair, with a swimming pool, parking, barbecue area, washing machine, SAT-TV, safe. The furniture has been completely renovated in 2006. The position is very quiet at approx. 900 m from the lake and from the centre of Lazise.

A village on the south-western shore of the Lake Garda, with an almost medieval atmosphere thanks to the city walls, the Scaliger castle, the ancient customs building, the fisher-port and the narrow streets that seem to lead directly into the water.
