A lovely residence built in the eighties in Lugana di Sirmione, with a big swimming pool and very well kept gardens, at approx. 900 m from the lakeshore, not far from the center of Lugana dn from the shops, as well as from the Thermal Baths Virgilio.

Our holiday apartment is situated on the first floor, with living room, kitchen corner and balcony to the South-West, double bedsofa, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, car parking. The apartment has a modern furniture and is suited for 4/6 persons. Heating on request. Animals not allowed.

SIRMIONE
The narrow peninsula of Sirmione extends for approx. 4 kms into the Southern part of Lake Garda. On its tip the Romans built a beautiful villa of which the remains, which are called the Grotte di Catullo, can be visited. In the middle ages the small city of Sirmione was protected by its castle, strategically positioned on the only way of access; the castle can be visited and offers incredible views of the lake. The curative nature of Sirmione’s thermal waters was already known in ancient times: the Thermal Baths are supplied with the precious sulphurous waters of the Boiola springs. Both in the Thermal Baths on the peninsula, the Catullo and the Aquarius, and in the Virgilio Baths on the mainland, inhalatory treatments are carried out as well as mud bath therapy, specific types of massage and treatments for vascular and dermatological problems. The Rhinogenous Deafness Treatment Center and the Broncopneumology Centers are extremely well equipped.
