Das zur Saison 2002 restaurierte ehemalige Bauernhaus CA'DEL POZZO mit vier Ferienwohnungen steht innerhalb einer Häuserzeile im Weiler Pozzo, 1,5 km unterhalb von La Morra. Die angrenzenden Häuser sind selten bewohnt.
Das Haus gehört zum familiengeführten Weingut ERBALUNA gegenüber. Dort liegen der Weinkeller und ein schöner Raum für Weinproben und Weinverkauf (Barbera, Dolcetto d'Alba und Barolo aus biologischem Anbau). Die Besitzerfamilie wohnt in einem separaten Haus ca. 150 m unterhalb. Parkplätze am Haus. Gemeinsames, umzäuntes, ca. 400 m² großes Grundstück mit Rasenfläche. Alle Wohnungen mit Terrasse bzw.
